Please note: this will take place at Diamond Valley's Sheep River Library.
This workshop is aimed at students in grades 9-12. It will cover study environment tips, time management, note-taking, what a teacher usually means when they tell you to “read this part of the textbook,” review strategies for before and after a test, and test-taking skills.

Cheryl's Bio
Cheryl is an award-winning teacher and tutor with a passion for helping students achieve their goals. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, a master’s degree in library science, and an in-progress continuing education certificate in teaching. Cheryl has been a student, employee, or educator at five different Canadian universities. When not in the library or teaching, she is enthusiastic about meeting new people and new cats, collecting fabric and yarn, and occasionally using those collections for sewing and crochet.
