The summer solstice marks the first day of summer where the day is long, and the night is short.  The energy of the solstice is one of expansion, abundance, and light where one takes time to celebrate growth, transformation, and renewal.

What is a Sound Bath?

During a sound bath, you will lie on your back with your eyes closed.  The vibrations from the sounds of multiple instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and rainsticks, can put you into a more relaxed meditative state to calm the mind and release tension in the body. This is a peaceful way to relax, listen to soothing sounds, and to carve out some time just for you. A time to raise your frequency and let go of whatever no longer serves you.
