You may be familiar with the practice of Tai chi which has more of a background of martial arts. However... have you heard of Qigong?
Qigong is a beautiful graceful gentle moving meditation that may be done standing, seated or lying down and is a way of healing and prevention that goes deeper than the physical body. Are you dealing with anxiety, arthritis, high blood pressure, or recovering from cancer? Qigong works with your body’s Qi (intelligence) to heal not only physical pain, but also, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
