This moving peaceful meditation can help to balance and harness your Qi (also spelled Chi), or "life energy". The activity takes you through a set of slow, gentle movements while you focus on visualization and breathing. Beneficial for your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. 

Classes limited to 12 participants.
