This moving meditation can help to balance and harness your Qi (also spelled Chi), or "life energy". This activity takes you through a set of slow, gentle movements while you focus on visualization and breathing. This simple practice brings more peace, joy and balance to your life as it dissolves pain, worries, depression, anxiety and fears. While all this is happening, you are healing your physical body, your mind and emotions, and connecting spiritually.
